Building your career in the Solar industry as a Synergic Solar representative is super SIMPLE!

Earn 70% of the Sales Margin as commission on every deal you personally install plus bonuses and overrides on the installations of your directly referred agents and your organization installations, based on your rank in our compensation plan below.

Comp-Plan Terminology

EPC = Solar Installation Company

PPW = Price Per Watt

Baseline Price = PPW install cost per baseline rate sheet for State published on Synergic Solar website. (Available to logged in reps!)

Gross Baseline Price Margin = PPW Retail Price Sold MINUS (-) Baseline Price Cost (-) Adder costs
(i.e. If PPW Retail Price Sold is $2.40, with $0.20 in adders and Baseline Price Cost is $2.00, Gross Baseline Price Margin = $0.20)

Net Baseline Price Margin = Gross Baseline Price Margin MINUS (-) Any Fees Charged by EPC to Sale ( *See specific EPC pricing for details.)

Sales Margin = Net Baseline Price Margin X System Size in watts.
(i.e. $0.20 NBPM X 10000W System Size = $2000)

Sales Margin For All other Sale Types:

Sales Margin = Net profit margin made on a product sale after all costs have been deducted from gross profit margin.

Rank - Sales Agent

Sales Agent Commission

Installed Solar Projects:

  • Qualified Sales Agents earn 70% of Sales Margin.*
  • Nonqualified Sales Agents earn 50% of Sales Margin.

*To be qualified, a Sales Agent must either have previously sold solar or have sold 3 projects with their up-line’s help, splitting the 70% commission on Sales Margin, taking 50% of the sales margin with the other 20% rolling up to their up-line for training the new Sales Agent on systems and processes for submitting solar projects with Synergic Solar and our partners. Should your up-line not be available to assist you, please open a support ticket, and we will assign you a Sales Mentor to help you get started!

*To waive the 3 project qualification requirement: Provide a W2 from a previous solar sales company OR if you don’t have a W2 from your former employer, open a support ticket and provide your previous company’s name, manager’s name and phone number, and we will verify.

Rank Advancement:

In order to advance to the rank of ‘Sales Manager‘ a Sales Agent must:

  1. Personally install 3 solar projects total over any period of time.
  2. Directly have sponsored 3 Sales Agents minimum.
  3. The Sales Agent and their team of 3 or more agents must generate 5 installations in a 2 calendar month period or less.
    1. Installations must be generated from 1st level of sales organization.

The Sales Agent will be promoted to Sales Manager the month after they meet all rank advancement requirements.

For example: You personally have 3 projects installed in month of April, but it takes you until August to sign up 3 Sales Agents and install 5 projects on your team within 2 calendar months, you will be promoted to Sales Manager September 1st.

Commission:

Pays UNLIMITED Levels Deep!Sales Manager Override

Override for recruiting and training Sales Agents!

Sales Manager Override:

Sales Managers earn up-to 2% Sales Margin Override on all qualified installations in their organization.

  1. Sales Managers ALWAYS earn the Sales Manager Override on all their personally sponsored front level Synergic Solar representative’s installations, regardless of their rank.
  2. Sales Managers earn the Sales Manager Override unlimited levels below them on Sales Agent’s installations who are not under a front level Sales Manager or higher rank down to the next Sales Manager in their organization.

This is compensation for being a good trainer and should be the goal of EVERY Sales Manager, to have dozens of Sales Agents below them, on which they earn 2% of Sales Margin of their solar system installations and the installations of their Sales Agents.

*Sales Manager Override is paid at M2.

Sales Manager Bonus Pool

As a qualified Sales Manager you earn a bonus from our 1% company-wide bonus pool.

  • *A minimum of 20 installations must be made by you and your team in your organization’s first five (5) levels during the month to qualify for bonus.

You will earn one (1) equal share of the company-wide bonus pool for each solar installation completed during the month by you and your entire sales organization down five (5) levels deep.

How the bonus pool is funded:

For each install completed during the month company-wide Synergic Solar takes 1% of the Sales Margin and puts it into the bonus pool to be divided between our Sales Managers! Every installation in the company adds to the bonus pool!

How the bonus is paid:

The Sales Manager company-wide bonus pool is paid on the 10th of the month for the previous month.

If the 10th falls on a banking holiday or a weekend the payment will be made on the following business day.

Sales Manager Breakaway Team Bonus

As a qualified Sales Manager, you will earn a breakaway bonus on the sales of the front level breakaway teams in your organization.

To Qualify:

  • You must promote 3 or more of your representatives to the rank of Sales Manager or higher rank.
    • Reps must be front level to you.
  • You must qualify for the Company-wide Sales Manager Bonus Pool.
  • 20% of your total organization sales margin volume must come from non-breakaway team sales (Front level Sales Agents and their orgs).

How bonus pays out:

You will earn up to 2% of the sales margin on every sale in your breakaway Sales teams.

This bonus is paid unlimited levels deep in your front level breakaway organizations down to the next Breakaway Team Bonus qualified Sales Manager or higher ranked representative.

When the bonus is paid:

The Sales Manager Breakaway bonus is paid on the 10th of the month for the previous month.

If the 10th falls on a banking holiday or a weekend, the payment will be made on the following business day.

Rank - Regional Sales Manager

Qualifying as a Regional Sales Manager:

  1. You must have 3 Sales Managers front level to you (or higher rank) to qualify.
  2. Your team must install 15 projects within a two calendar month period to qualify.
    1. Installations must be in your first 2 levels of your sales organization.

 

Pays UNLIMITED Levels Deep!Regional Sales Manager Override

Override for recruiting and training Sales Managers!

Regional Sales Manager Override:

Regional Sales Managers earn up-to a 6% Sales Margin Override on all qualified installations in their organization.

  1. Regional Sales Managers ALWAYS earn the Regional Sales Manager Override on all their personally sponsored front level Synergic Solar representative’s installations, regardless of their rank.
  2. Regional Sales Managers earn the Regional Sales Manager Override unlimited levels below them on Synergic Solar Rep’s installations who are not under a front level Regional Sales Manager down to the next Regional Sales Manager in their organization.
    1. If a Sales Manager is between the Regional Sales Manager and the next Sales agent in the organization, the Sales Manager gets 2% and the Regional Sales Manager picks up the 4% the Sales Manager doesn’t qualify for on the sale.

*Regional Sales Manager Override is paid at M2.

Step 3

Build an organization of sales managers, earn BIG!
  • Train 3 qualified Sales Managers or higher rank to qualify!
  • Earn 6% Sales Margin Bonus on all your personally sponsored rep’s installations!
  • Earn up-to 6% Sales Margin Bonus on all installations in your organization down to unlimited levels of sales organization not below another RSM or higher rank!

Regional Sales Manager Bonus Pool

As a qualified Regional Sales Manager you can earn a bonus from our 2% company-wide bonus pool.

*A minimum of 40 installations must be made by you and your organization’s first five (5) levels during the month to qualify for bonus.

You will earn one (1) equal share of the company-wide bonus pool for each solar installation completed during the month by you and your entire sales organization down five (5) levels deep.

How the bonus pool is funded:

For each install completed during the month company-wide Synergic Solar takes 2% of the Sales Margin and puts it into the bonus pool to be divided between our Regional Sales Managers! Every installation in the company adds to the bonus pool!

How the bonus is paid:

The Regional Sales Manager company-wide bonus pool is paid on the 10th of the month for the previous month’s bonus.

If the 10th falls on a banking holiday or a weekend the payment will be made on the following business day.

Regional Sales Manager Breakaway Team Bonus

As a qualified Regional Sales Manager, you will earn a breakaway bonus on the sales of the front level breakaway teams in your organization.

To Qualify:

  • You must promote 3 or more of your representatives to the rank of Regional Sales Manager or higher rank.
    • Reps must be front level to you.
  • You must qualify for the Company-wide Regional Sales Manager Bonus Pool.
  • 20% of your total organization sales margin volume must come from non-breakaway team sales (Front level Sales Agents and their orgs) and sales of breakaway teams of lower qualified ranks.

How bonus pays out:

You will earn up to 6% of the sales margin on every sale in your breakaway Sales teams.

This bonus is paid unlimited levels deep in your front level breakaway organizations down to the next Breakaway Team Bonus qualified Sales Manager or higher ranked representative.

When the bonus is paid:

The Regional Sales Manager Breakaway bonus is paid on the 10th of the month for the previous month.

If the 10th falls on a banking holiday or a weekend, the payment will be made on the following business day.

Rank - National Sales Manager

Train 3 Regional Sales Managers to earn rank advancement!

Qualifying as a National Sales Manager:

  • You must have 3 directly sponsored Regional Sales Managers or above in rank for promotion.
  • You and your team must generate 45 installation in a two calendar month period for promotion.
    • Installations must be generated in the first 3 levels of your sales organization.

You will be promoted the following month to National Sales Manager after you meet qualifications for rank advancement.

 

Pays UNLIMITED Levels Deep!National Sales Manager Override

Override for recruiting and training Regional Sales Managers!

National Sales Manager Override:

National Sales Managers earn a 12% Sales Margin Override on all qualified installations in their organization.

  1. National Sales Managers ALWAYS earn the National Sales Manager Override on all their personally sponsored front level Synergic Solar representative’s installations, regardless of their rank.
  2. National Sales Managers earn the National Sales Manager Override unlimited levels below them on Synergic Solar Rep’s installations who are not under a front level National Sales Manager down to the next National Sales Manager in their organization.
    1. If a Sales Manager is between the National Sales Manager and the next Sales agent in the organization, the Sales Manager gets 2% and the National Sales Manager picks up the 10% the Sales Manager doesn’t qualify for on the sale. If a Regional is between the National Sales Manager and the next Sales Agent, the National Sales Manager picks up 6% that the Regional Sales Manager doesn’t qualify for out of the total of 12% NSM bonus.

*National Sales Manager Override is paid at M2.

*National Sales Manager’s have authority to promote any Sales Agent in their organization to the rank of Sales Manager! (Open a Support Ticket to request promotion of Sales Agent.)

Step 4

See you at the top!
  1. Recruit and train 3 qualified Regional Sales Managers or higher rank for rank advancement!
  2. Generate 90 sales within any two calendar months for rank advancement!

National Sales Manager Bonus Pool

As a qualified National Sales Manager you earn a bonus from our 3% company-wide bonus pool. *A minimum of 60 installations must be made by you and your team in your organization’s first five (5) levels during the month to qualify for bonus.

You will earn one (1) equal share of the company-wide bonus pool for each solar installation completed during the month by you and your entire sales organization down five (5) levels deep.

How the bonus pool is funded:

For each install completed during the month company-wide Synergic Solar takes 3% of the Sales Margin and puts it into the bonus pool to be divided between our National Sales Managers! Every installation in the company adds to the bonus pool!

How the bonus is paid:

The National Sales Manager company-wide bonus pool is paid on the 10th of the month following the qualifying month.

If the 10th falls on a banking holiday or a weekend the payment will be made on the following business day.

National Sales Manager Breakaway Team Bonus

As a qualified National Sales Manager, you will earn a breakaway bonus on the sales of the front level Breakaway teams in your organization.

To Qualify:

  • You must promote 3 or more of your representatives to the rank of National Sales Manager or higher.
    • Reps must be front level to you.
  • You must qualify for the Company-wide National Sales Manager Bonus Pool.
  • 20% of your total organization sales margin volume must come from non-breakaway team sales (Front level Sales Agents and their orgs) and sales of breakaway teams of lower qualified ranks.

How bonus pays out:

You will earn up to 12% of the sales margin on every sale in your breakaway Sales teams.

This bonus is paid unlimited levels deep in your front level breakaway organizations down to the next Breakaway Team Bonus qualified Sales Manager or higher ranked representative.

 

When the bonus is paid:

The National Sales Manager Breakaway bonus is paid on the 10th of the month for the previous month.

If the 10th falls on a banking holiday or a weekend, the payment will be made on the following business day.

Getting Paid on ProjectsProject Payment Schedule

Synergic Solar reps receive payouts on projects in three separate milestone payments:

  • M1 after SOW (Scope of Work) has been approved!
  • M2 after the project has been installed with glass on the roof!
  • M3 when project gets permission to operate and is ENERGIZED!

M1 Payment Terms

  • M1 commission payment paid @ rate of $100 per kilowatt of system size for all installed systems.
    • M1 payout capped at $1000 maximum with remaining commission to be paid at M2 and M3, for installed project.
      • Solerro Installed Projects M1 is $2000!

M2 Payment Terms

  • 80% of total commission are paid out to Sales Agent.
    • Solerro is remaining balance of commissions due!

M3 Payment Terms

  • PTO – Remaining 20% of commission due to Sales Agent is paid. – FREEDOM ONLY

*M1, M2 and M3 funds received and cleared to Synergic Solar by Monday of each week are paid Friday of the same week to agents.

*PTO = Permission to operate.

* A sale qualifies during the month IF SOW has been approved for project.

*SOW = Scope of Work. Meaning the project is ready to move forward for plans and permit approvals and has been signed off as accurate by you and your client.

*Commission = Income you earn from your personal sales.

*Overrides = Income you earn for developing a team.

*Bonuses = Income (Bonus Pools, Breakaway Team Bonues, etc.)

*Breakaway Teams are front level reps who have reached the rank of Sales Manager or above in the compensation plan.
