Calculation of Sales Commission:
Calculating your commission is EASY!
Match the yearly kwh your customer uses with either ACB (Arcadia Consolidated Billing) or UCB (Utility Consolidated Billing) status, then Open (Non low or moderate income client) or LMI (Low or Moderate Income). This is the gross sales margin (commission), then subtract 20% from this amount for net sales margin and multiply by .70 to calculate your commission as Sales Agent. If you are an upline Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or National Sales Manager overriding the sale of one of your reps on your team, you will earn your qualified override bonus of the Net Sales Margin.
