We will be setting up your seat on our CRM system and sending you your login soon! You will receive it at your @synergicsolar.com email AND at your forwarded email address. (Check SPAM)
It will take up to 2 business days to complete the set-up of your CRM account as we have to manually add you to many workflows for automation.
We will not complete your CRM set-up UNTIL we receive confirmation that you have completed the steps below!
Please do the following:
- Create an email address at gmail.com using the following format: firstname.lastname.synergicsolar@gmail.com
- This email will be used in your CRM account to sync up your calendar and for Google Meet and Zoom.
- This will not be used anywhere else other than Zoom and for sending emails from within the CRM platform to sync messages.
- Go to Zoom.com and create a FREE Zoom account using your new gmail.com email.
- This will allow gmail and Zoom to sync your calendars with the CRM.
- Log into your CRM account after you receive your CRM welcome email from us.
- Go to ‘Settings’.
- Go to ‘Integrations’.
- Add your gmail account.
- Go to ‘My Profile’.
- Update profile details.
- Connect Zoom in your profile.
- Download the CRM app (“Lead Connector”) in Apple Store or Google Play!
- This will keep you you connected to your leads and allows you to enter personal leads while you are out in the field talking with potential clients.
- Email us when complete at: sales@synergicsolarteam.com
- Done!
